- Do I need an account?
- No. Wakeahead has no accounts, logins, or passwords. Your settings live on your device.
- I got a new phone — how do I restore my subscription?
- Sign in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Wakeahead, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your device → your name → Subscriptions → Wakeahead → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- The alarm didn’t adjust for a delay — why?
- Wakeahead relies on third-party transit data, which can occasionally be delayed or incomplete. Always confirm critical travel with official operator information.
- Which regions are supported?
- We are launching in Sweden first, with the United Kingdom next.
