Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions for Wakeahead are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple — not us — handles billing and refunds.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose “Request a refund”, select the reason, and pick the Wakeahead purchase.
- Submit your request — Apple reviews and decides on refunds under their terms.
You can also request a refund from your purchase receipt email by tapping “Report a Problem”.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals but is separate from a refund. To cancel, open Settings on your device → your name → Subscriptions → Wakeahead → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Your consumer rights
Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have as a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and Apple’s process has not resolved it, contact us.
